I’m fairly certain NBC’s Dan Hicks anticipated an electric shock if he ever mentioned “Ryder Cup” this weekend.

At one point I heard “that other big one in a few weeks”, something only a man fearing sharp pains sent from the Global Home would say even as the teams are nearing finalization.

So with all due respect to those fighting for the net champions…
