Fred Ridley's Christmas Letter

The Masters Chairman sends a holiday greeting to Augusta National members and golf's other Families

Here’s one I just learned: the leaders of golf’s Five Families exchange Christmas cards summing up their years. I only know because The Quadrilateral was accidentally sent Augusta National Chairman Fred Ridley’s 2021 edition via PDF.

Sources say a hard copy was mailed to Augusta National members and to several leading figures in the game. The card (see above cover photo) was tucked into a traditional holiday format, mailed in a green envelope with red print, and sent using a USPS limited edition Arnold Palmer stamp. A letter enclosed included several photos as well. While primarily directed to club members, some references seemed designed to remind other Families of yet another successful Masters.
